KashiTour.in is a tour and travel service provider specializing in spiritual, religious, and customized travel experiences across Kashi (Varanasi) and nearby holy destinations.
By using our website or booking any package, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, you must not use our website.
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
- Full payment must be completed before the travel date.
- Payments accepted via UPI, net banking, debit/credit card, or cash (in person).
- Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp after payment.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be informed in writing (email/WhatsApp).
- Refunds as per terms in each tour package.
- Cancellation charges will apply as per policy.
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of departure.
4. Changes to Itinerary
KashiTour.in reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the itinerary due to weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or operational issues. Alternative arrangements or partial refunds will be provided where applicable.
5. Travel Insurance
We do not provide travel insurance. Travellers are advised to arrange their own insurance for health, baggage, or trip cancellation.
6. Responsibilities of the Traveller
- Carry valid ID proofs during the trip.
- Be on time at the pickup point.
- Any misconduct may result in removal from the group without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
KashiTour.in is not liable for loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage during the travel. We coordinate services provided by third-party vendors (transport, hotels, etc.) and are not responsible for their actions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of KashiTour.in and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your information is only used for booking and communication purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data without consent.
