1. General Terms

KashiTour.in is a tour and travel service provider specializing in spiritual, pilgrimage, heritage, and customized travel experiences across Varanasi (Kashi) and nearby destinations.

By using our website or booking any package, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use our services.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• An advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
• Full payment must be completed before the travel date.
• Payments can be made via UPI, net banking, debit/credit card, or cash (in person).
• Booking confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be informed via Email or WhatsApp.
• Refunds are processed as per the respective tour package policy.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation time.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure.

4. Changes to Itinerary

KashiTour.in reserves the right to alter, modify, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational issues.

In such cases, suitable alternative arrangements or partial refunds may be offered where applicable.

5. Travel Insurance

We do not provide travel insurance. Guests are advised to arrange their own insurance covering medical emergencies, baggage loss, or trip cancellations.

6. Responsibilities of the Traveller

• Travellers must carry valid government-issued ID proof.
• Guests must report on time at the given pickup location.
• Any misconduct or illegal activity may result in removal from the tour without refund.
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the traveller.

7. Limitation of Liability

KashiTour.in shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage during the journey.

We act only as a travel facilitator and are not liable for services provided by third-party vendors such as hotels, transport providers, or guides.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of KashiTour.in and is protected under copyright laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Personal information shared with us is used only for booking and communication purposes and is not shared with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms

KashiTour.in reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective once published on the website.
