Welcome to KashiTour! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and all bookings made through our platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.
- A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount must be paid before or at the start of the tour.
- Payment methods accepted: UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash (in some cases).
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customer Cancellation:
- 7 days before travel: 90% refund
- 3–6 days before travel: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours: No refund
- Tour Cancellation by KashiTour:
- If we cancel due to unforeseen reasons (weather, strikes, etc.), a full refund will be provided or an alternative date will be offered.
3. Tour Package Inclusions
- Each package clearly mentions inclusions like transport, accommodation, meals, temple darshan, etc.
- Any additional service requested beyond the mentioned itinerary may incur extra charges.
4. Responsibilities of Customers
- You must carry a valid ID proof during your trip.
- You are expected to maintain respectful behavior with guides, staff, and fellow travelers.
- Any damage to property or vehicles during the tour due to your negligence will be your responsibility.
5. Changes in Itinerary
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to operational, weather, or safety concerns.
- Any such changes will be communicated in advance, and suitable alternatives will be offered.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- KashiTour is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage to person or property due to acts of God, government actions, or third-party services (e.g., hotels, transportation).
- Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance if needed.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (logos, text, photos, etc.) is the property of KashiTour. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
8. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy. All personal data collected will be handled securely. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
